Blue Cheese - Bell Pepper Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Red Pepper, diced
- 1 Cup Grape Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 Cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 1 Yellow Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Combine the vegetables and cheese in a serving bowl. Pour dressing over it and toss. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
