Eggs Goldenrod

Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • combine water & sugar Then sprinkle
  • yeast over top (in cereal bowl).
  • Put in dry, non-drafty place +
  • wait for bubble to rise.
  • Rise to double.
  • 2 Cups Whole milk, scalded. Let milk cool to lukewarm before adding
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour, un-sifted
  • squeeze

Instructions

Heat the milk or cream with the soups; mix well. Add the eggs and simmer until evenly heated. To make the toast cups, cut the crusts off the bread and put one piece in each cup of a cupcake tin, gently shaping them with the four corners pointing up. Bake in a 350 degree oven until browned. Serve the cups on a tray and the eggs in a serving bowl. Serve this with ham slices or sausage.
