Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
- combine water & sugar Then sprinkle
- yeast over top (in cereal bowl).
- Put in dry, non-drafty place +
- wait for bubble to rise.
- Rise to double.
- 2 Cups Whole milk, scalded. Let milk cool to lukewarm before adding
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour, un-sifted
- squeeze
Instructions
Heat the milk or cream with the soups; mix well. Add the eggs and simmer until evenly heated. To make the toast cups, cut the crusts off the bread and put one piece in each cup of a cupcake tin, gently shaping them with the four corners pointing up. Bake in a 350 degree oven until browned. Serve the cups on a tray and the eggs in a serving bowl. Serve this with ham slices or sausage.
