Fruited Cheese Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Cream-Style Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Three Ounce Packages Orange-Pineapple Jello
  • 11 Ounce Can Mandarin Orange Sections, drained
  • 1 Quart Cool Whip, defrosted
  • 13 and 1/2 Ounce Can Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • Endive

Instructions

In mixer, blend cottage cheese and cool whip. Stir in dry jello. Fold in fruit. Press into 7 or 8 cup mold. Chill several hours or overnight. Un-mold onto serving platter. Garnish with endive.
