Gram's Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Cup Half and Half
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Combine the vinegar, half and half and the sugar and mix. Pour over the cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste. If the slaw is too sour, add more half and half. If it is too sweet, add more vinegar.
