Holiday Happiness Torte

Combine the sour cream with the 5 tablespoons sugar, the scant teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until well combined. Pour over the top of the cheesecake and bake for 5 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Topping When the cheesecake is totally cool, top with the cherries. Refrigerate to chill well. Right before serving decorate the top with the Reddi Whip, using a spoke and wheel pattern.
