Martha's Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Small Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 4 Ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Clean the spinach and crisp in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put the spinach on individual plates. Arrange the avocado, onions and walnuts on it. Top with the feta cheese. Pour the dressing over each salad.
