- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Scallions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours to set flavor.
