Onion Rounds
Ingredients
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- New London Onion Rounds
Instructions
Mix the onions in enough mayonnaise so that you see the onions, but moist enough that you can spread it. Spread on the rounds. Put them on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle each one with the cheese. Broil till golden brown.
