Red Wine-blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Dry Red Wine
  • 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Ounces Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions

Put all the ingredients, except the Blue Cheese, in a tightly covered jar. Shake to blend. Refrigerate at least an hour and no more than 4 days. Add the Blue Cheese just before serving. Serve over greens.
