Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 24 Medium White Mushrooms, stems reserved
- 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
- 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Dash of Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- Sweet Paprika
Instructions
Finely chop the mushroom stems. Add the cheese and green onions and stir to mix. Add the breadcrumbs, Italian herbs, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Fill the mushroom caps and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
