Ingredients
- 2 or 3 Zucchini, sliced
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- Oregano, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 Yellow Squashes, sliced
- 1 Medium-Size Can Diced Seasoned Tomatoes
- Garlic Powder, to taste
- Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
Saute zucchini, squash and onion in a mixture of butter and oil. Add seasoning and the diced tomatoes. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low, covered. Add the cheese and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
