Jade and Ruby Stir-fry
Ingredients
- 2 Whole Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Red Bell Peppers, chunked
- 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Pound Fresh Broccoli
- 1 Onion, Chunked
- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms, quartered
- 1/3 Cup Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1 inch square pieces. Cut broccoli flowerets into bite-size pieces. Peel the stalks and thinly slice them. Heat the oil in a hot wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the broccoli and onion and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the water, cover and cook 2 minutes, stirring once. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the stir-fry sauce and the red pepper. Cook stirring until the chicken and vegetables are well coated by the sauce.
