Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 MEDIUM LARGE POTATOES
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 EGG, BEATEN
- 2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
- CRISCO
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and grate. Drain excess water. Add the dry ingredients and the egg. Mix well. Fry in hot Crisco until golden brown on both sides in an iron skillet.
