Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 20 New Potatoes, parboiled 10 to 15 minutes
- 4 Cloves Garlic, peeled
- 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Hot Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- Small Amount of Butter
- 1/4 Cup Onions, chopped
- Red Crushed Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Put the potatoes in a buttered flat baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Prepare the sauce in a blender or processor, using all the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the done potatoes and return to warm oven to heat the sauce. People love these potatoes!
